We know you have a choice in firearms training in San Antonio and want you to know we appreciate your business ! ** You will receive an email the Wednesday evening before your scheduled class with all of the class instructions. If you do not receive the email please check your spam folder first as our emails are sent out to a list of students and depending on your spam settings may be picked up by your filter and placed in your spam folder.
** If you cannot attend the class you have scheduled for, you must contact us at minimum 24 hours in advance. Students who fail to contact us within the required time may void your contract with us as determined by company management.
** Classes can be re-scheduled a total of two times at no charge, additional class re-schedules will result in a $25 per occurrence fee being assessed. With the exception of Gift Certificates, classes must be attended within six months of the initial date scheduled. Students who do not attend classes within six months of the initial date scheduled may be loose their right to attend class at the discretion of company management.
